Choose the closest topic, identify the related app when relevant, and include the exact page URL if possible. Submitting a message does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
Why Some Requests Cannot Be Completed
Messages are not automatically published and do not become public FAQ entries or reviews. Subscription removal requests are checked against the email address stored for the current domain. Keep the reference number if you may need to identify the request later.
Contact Form Data And Consent
Contact messages may contain a name, email address, selected topic, related app, message, source page, submission time, and a privacy-preserving IP hash. FAQ questions are stored for review and are not automatically added to the public FAQ page. Contact Us can also be used to request removal from the email update list.
